In compliance with the Texas Public Funds Investment Act

TexSTAR is a conservatively managed local government investment pool created under the Interlocal Cooperation Act, rated AAAm by Standard & Poor’s. Holdings are limited to U.S. Treasuries, agencies, and fully collateralized repurchase agreements.

Liquidity when you need it

Daily access to funds with no penalties. Late day transaction deadlines until 4:00 p.m. CT for wire transfer with same business day settlement and ACH with next business day settlement.
